Final Cut of X-Men Origins: Wolverine Trailer

So, what do you get when you already have one full fledged proto-trailer and three baby protos? A 2:29 trailer with just under 16 (?) seconds on new footage. Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson/Deadpool is still unmarred (Dammit!). Taylor Kitsch as Remy LeBeau/Gambit showing his pimpaliscious (really? The Firefox spell check is going to let pimpaliscious fly, but not Deadpool?) silk, purple shirt. A teenage Scott Summers damaging school property. Liev Schreiber still looking as the best thing in this movie as Victor Creed/Sabretooth. Also possible appearance of mystery mutant Weapon XI. As well as Logan asking the question that he didn't ask in the original X-Men movie, "Wow, Vic. How'd you grow another foot in the 15 years since we last saw each other?" No, that's a lie, but I really wish it would.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine TV Spot

Miss day one of Fox's bid to make us watch their shows by sticking in minute long bits of Wolverine? Fear not. I have searched the interwebs high and low (ok, ok. I went to Traileraddict.com like I always do) and found you a copy. You may thank me now.

Hugh Jackman Responds to Wolverine Reshoots

For those of you that don't know, Gavin Hood (Director of Wolverine) is doing reshoots up in Vancouver right now. The fanboy outcries were heard far and wide about how this means Wolverine is gonna suck. Apparently they were heard up in BC as well since Hugh Jackman sent an email to Harry Knowles of Ain't it Cool News trying to explain the situation. It's as follows:

"Hey everyone -

It's Hugh Jackman, sending this note from freezing Vancouver. I have read a lot of your online comments regarding the footage that we are currently shooting and I share your passion for the Wolverine character and the movie - I owe it all to you guys!

I wanted to reach out and let you know that due to scheduling conflicts with certain cast members and location/weather considerations, we had to wait until now to shoot a couple of scenes. Please rest assured that WOLVERINE will be badass and hopefully meet all of your expectations. I am stoked by the positive response to the teaser, which clearly reflects the tone and scope of the film. If you like that, we've got much more in store!

In the meantime, here's an exclusive shot of some characters you may recognize...

Cheers,

Hugh"

I guess we'll see is what we're left with, but the publicity shot is mighty bitchin'.
